Privacy policy

Information pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). Last updated: 6 October 2026. In case of doubt, the Italian version prevails.

1. Who processes your data

The data controller is Hans Surichaqui, operating under the name HANSLINK.

  • Email: hanssurichaqui24@gmail.com
  • WhatsApp: +39 392 310 0740

For any question about this notice or your data, you can write to these contacts.

2. What data we process and why

Contact form

If you fill in the form, we collect your name, email address and message, only to reply to you and, if you ask, to prepare a quote.

Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Virtual assistant (artificial intelligence)

The questions you type to the assistant are sent to an artificial intelligence service to generate the answer. We do not use them for anything else and do not store them in our own archive: the conversation stays only in the page and is deleted when you close or reload it.

Do not enter personal data or confidential information in the assistant. For requests about you, use the form, email or WhatsApp.

Legal basis: your request for information (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in quickly answering questions about our services (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Contact via WhatsApp and email

If you write to us on WhatsApp or by email, we process your number or address and the messages you send, only to reply to you. WhatsApp is a Meta service, which processes data under its own privacy policy.

Technical browsing data

The service hosting the website automatically records some technical data (for example IP address, browser type, pages requested and time) needed to run the website, protect it from abuse and limit excessive requests to the assistant.

Legal basis: our legitimate interest in the security and proper functioning of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3. Cookies and browser storage

The website does not use profiling cookies, analytics or advertising tools. Fonts are hosted on the website itself, with no connections to external services.

We only use the browser’s temporary session storage (sessionStorage) to remember, while the tab is open, whether you have already seen the assistant’s tip. This information stays on your device, is not sent to us and is deleted when you close the tab.

4. Who receives the data

Data is not sold or passed on to third parties for commercial purposes. To run the website we rely on these providers, who process it on our behalf or as independent controllers:

  • Netlify, Inc. (United States): hosts the website and the assistant function.
  • Formspree, Inc. (United States): receives form messages and forwards them to our email.
  • Anthropic, PBC (United States), via Netlify’s AI Gateway service: generates the assistant’s answers.
  • Google (Gmail) and Meta (WhatsApp): services we use to receive and manage your messages.

Some of these providers are based outside the European Union. Transfers take place on the basis of the safeguards provided by the GDPR (Art. 44 et seq.), such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

5. How long we keep the data

  • Requests received via the form, email or WhatsApp: for as long as needed to reply and, if no collaboration follows, for no more than 12 months after the last contact.
  • If a collaboration follows: for the duration of the relationship and for the periods required by law (for example tax obligations).
  • Questions to the assistant: we do not keep them; providers may retain them for a limited period under their own policies, for example for security.

6. Your rights

At any time you can ask to:

  • access your data and receive a copy;
  • correct or update it;
  • erase it;
  • restrict or object to its processing;
  • receive it in a machine-readable format (portability).

Just write to hanssurichaqui24@gmail.com: we reply within one month. If you believe your data is being processed incorrectly, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it) or with the supervisory authority of your country.

7. Is providing data mandatory?

Providing data is optional, but without a name, email and message we cannot reply to a request sent via the form.

8. Changes

This notice may be updated, for example if the services used by the website change. The date of the last update is shown at the top.
